Usherette for an Indian Wedding

This is by far the only Indian wedding that I've ushered and I totally love the whole experience! Roshan & Sumathi's luxury wedding was held at the exhibition hall 1 and 2, in KLCC. The whole event started at 10am and ended around 3pm. There were a total of 28 ushers (all females :p) and we were stationed at all the entrances and in front of lifts to help the guests get to where they need to be. At first they had their traditional wedding ceremony at the Grand Ballroom on level 3, then by around 12pm everyone was ushered to the hall for lunch. OH! AND I SAW SAMY VELLU! haha...with his wife and body guards. And guess what? The whole wedding costs more than Rm1 million... *gasps! ._.* I believe Roshan is some datuk's son or smtg.. but it was really nice la...I could tell that they put a lot of effort into the planning :)

Ice carvings! If only I could have taken a close up pic of it...
there's pattern on the ice as well!
Very detailed! ( I want for my wedding also lor... :p)

Seating arrangement.
As you can see, there's a lot of tables to cater for about 1.5k guests

They opted for a gold and black theme. Simple and classy :)

The lovely newly wedded couple ^^ (the bride is really pretty!)

The also have a bar (at the left end <<<) and the VIP table in the middle

Belly dance performance.
They also hired singers and a well known DJ from the UK
