Update

Hellooooo! I know I haven't been updating as frequently but GOSH. I've had such a rough time this month and everything is just so taxing and hectic. My iphone finally gave up on me and went haywire so I got a new phone...Introducing LG Optimus G! Got it in White :) Was considering between Sony Xperia SP/ZL, Nokia Lumia 925 or Iphone...but in the end decided to give LG a shot. Only had it about less than a week and so far it's pretty good. Most touchscreen smartphones don't have super long battery life to accomodate their big and high resolution screen and same goes for this. But besides that, I'm happy to say that I'm satisfied with this phone. Sleek, angular, thin, smooth and just right in size for my handling <3 I bought it for Rm1399 which comes with the screen protector and other basics. One downside to take note though, is its camera. Front camera is 1.3MP (which isn't anything fantastic) and the rear camera which is 13MP (but when I compared it to samsung and Iphone5, this baby of mine lost >_<). Aiyoo, no phone is perfect....I just have to accept the fact that I can't have it all in one (I'm planning to buy a digital camera sometime soon so it's ok! :p).

Okay, handphones aside, I just CANT HELP it that the Wrecking Ball song is stuck in ma head.
I feel sad for Miley. I mean, I don't agree or fancy how she's acting lately (esp after VMA) but everyone should cut her some slack. She broke off  with (gorgeous) Liam after a 4 yrs relationship and with all the speculation going on, she's probably going through an extremely tough time now. But kudos to her for being able to produce such a song! Definitely one of my all time favs for this yr. It reminds me so much about my previous relationship.

"We clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain
We jumped, never asking why
We kissed, I fell under your spell
A love no one could deny

Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you

I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck me

I put you high up in the sky
And now, you're not coming down
It slowly turned, you let me burn
And now, we're ashes on the ground
Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you

I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was wreck me

I came in like a wrecking ball
Yeah, I just closed my eyes and swung
Left me crashing in a blazing fall
All you ever did was wreck me
Yeah, you, you wreck me

I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me in
And instead of using force
I guess I should've let you win
I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me in
I guess I should've let you win

Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you"
Now moving on to upcoming events! I will be busy finishing up my (overloaded) assignments, attending weddings, modeling, spending time catching up with FDMS and FIA buddies, celebrating more September baby birthdays and maybe go support all my friends who has invited me to their events (Hottest Hunk Competition, Musical Performance, Private Pre-Sale Bazaar etc). Will try my best to keep this site more active! Bueno noches! ;)

Techno Upgrade

I'm sure everyone has heard/seen/read about the release of the new iphone 5C's and iphone 5S's. You can google the specs and check out what it looks like on youtube so I'm not going to join the bandwagon and discuss about it.

What I want to share here is a new concept known as PhoneBloks (click to read more) .Personally, I think the idea is brilliant and the best part is you can customize your own phone as if putting together lego blocks *DOUBLE THUMBS UP* Watch the video and I'm sure you already want one. (at least I know I do! ;p)

It is not only creative and unique, but it also helps reduce wastage and save the environment. I know all the other hand phones available in the market are pretty sturdy and have tons of designs and osm specs, but I feel that somehow they are not as ideal as they can be. With every minimal change and improvement, they have to create a new phone. THIS however, is definitely thinking out-of-the box. Possible? Not possible? I'm no electrical engineer expert but if anyhow this were to be produced, I'd say Shut Up & Take My Money! Do help share <3

September Babies Celebration (Part 1)

Finally back home after a long day of celebration! ^^ Happy Birthday in advance to my darling Kar Men <3 Our friendship goes way back and I really don't know where I'd be without her. Being the rational thinker in our small groupie, she's always been there to give the best advice and just listen to whatever nonsense I have to say. Turning 20, I hope nothing changes between us and LONG LIVE OUR SISTAHOOD! :) Stay healthy, cheerful and gorgeous!

Fel & I planned to celebrate Kar Men's birthday in advance because our schedules for the following week was going to be pretty hectic. We initially planned to take her out for a nice lunch then watch a movie (which we have not done in ages!) and end it with a nice hi-tea picnic at Kepong Metropolitan park. But due to the unpredictable rainy weather, we decided to change our plans and go karaoke instead. Kar Men attended a farewell brunch before she met us therefore we just went for KinKin's Chili Pan Mee in Publika. (she really wanted to try it :p)

KinKin's Dry Chili Pan Mee
Not bad! I love the soup x)
Rm7.90

After that, we brought her to Loudspeaker at Kota Damansara and I'm so glad that she was surprised and happy. The last time we went karaoke together was when.....I can't even remember. lol. We decided to combine our 'hi-tea' and karaoke session together so we prepared all the sweet stuff and brought it there.

Nice anot? xD *proud of myself for the set-up*

We bought vanilla crepe cake, macaroons, chocolate wafers, fruit tarts, pudding pastry,
red bean bread, twisted bread sticks, grapes, marshmellows, green tea polo bun,
nougats, chocolates and also 6 mini different flavored cupcakes.

6 mini cupcakes for Rm10

Nothing is complete without marshies! <3

Right after we've spent almost 3 hours singing our lungs out, I rushed home, got ready and head back out for another birthday celebration at Ara Hill. It was a pool party to celebrate Nic's (my neighour) and Yusof's 21st Birthday.

OOTD

OOTD with a smile that you can't really see :p

Usherette for an Indian Wedding

This is by far the only Indian wedding that I've ushered and I totally love the whole experience! Roshan & Sumathi's luxury wedding was held at the exhibition hall 1 and 2, in KLCC. The whole event started at 10am and ended around 3pm. There were a total of 28 ushers (all females :p) and we were stationed at all the entrances and in front of lifts to help the guests get to where they need to be. At first they had their traditional wedding ceremony at the Grand Ballroom on level 3, then by around 12pm everyone was ushered to the hall for lunch. OH! AND I SAW SAMY VELLU! haha...with his wife and body guards. And guess what? The whole wedding costs more than Rm1 million... *gasps! ._.* I believe Roshan is some datuk's son or smtg.. but it was really nice la...I could tell that they put a lot of effort into the planning :)

Ice carvings! If only I could have taken a close up pic of it...
there's pattern on the ice as well!
Very detailed! ( I want for my wedding also lor... :p)

Seating arrangement.
As you can see, there's a lot of tables to cater for about 1.5k guests

They opted for a gold and black theme. Simple and classy :)

The lovely newly wedded couple ^^ (the bride is really pretty!)

The also have a bar (at the left end <<<) and the VIP table in the middle

Belly dance performance.
They also hired singers and a well known DJ from the UK
